Signing up or participating implies your agreement to these terms, fostering trust in our community-driven journey.
What You’re Agreeing To
- Confidential Information: You promise to keep hush-hush any materials marked as “Founders Only,” “Founders Club Exclusive,” or otherwise designated confidential. This includes unreleased designs (e.g., pearl-snap shirt mockups), prototypes, product plans, marketing strategies, supply chain details, or other non-public info shared via email, dashboard, or events.
- Exceptions: This doesn’t cover information that’s already public (e.g., blog posts or social shares), independently developed by you without our materials, or required to be disclosed by law (notify us first if possible).
- Usage: Use the info only for providing feedback or engaging with the community—not for personal gain, sharing with outsiders, or competing against Yellaroot.
Why It Matters
We’re a scrappy, self-funded outfit pouring heart and grit into unique, eco-ethical apparel for casual adventurers. Protecting these secrets during pre-launch de-risks our $10K investment and ensures copycats don’t steal our thunder. It’s all about building a rowdy, loyal community together—your input helps us hit those pre-sales and beyond.
Duration
Keep it confidential for three years from the date you receive the information, unless we give written permission to share (e.g., after launch). After that, feel free to yee-haw about it.
Consequences of Breach
We trust you’re here for the fun and the ride, but if confidential info leaks (e.g., shared with competitors or publicly posted without approval), it could harm our brand. Remedies may include legal action for damages, injunctions to stop the breach, or removal from the Founders Club. Let’s keep it chill—no need for drama in our trail-to-tavern world.
Your Rewards
In exchange, snag early access to prototypes, influence designs (e.g., via surveys, comments, etc.), exclusive discounts (e.g., 20-30% pre-sale), and VIP perks like co-creation opportunities. It’s a fair trade for mavericks like you shaping our “not for everybody” ethos.
Additional Terms
- Governing Law: This agreement is governed by Tennessee law, with disputes resolved through arbitration in Tennessee.
- Amendments: We may update this—continued participation means acceptance.
- Agreement Confirmation: By submitting your application or accessing Founders Club content, you confirm you’ve read, understood, and agree to be bound. For formal sign-off, we’ll provide a digital signature option via email.
